After hearing and reading so much about Deciem’s The Ordinary line of products which are grounded on affordability yet with familiar clinical grade technology, I had to give them a try. Their product’s range from $6-$17 and their range of formulation span from primer fluid to retinoic acid formulations.
Foundation comes in a variety of shades (which are pretty true to their swatches) and align with your skin’s undertones. They have two types of foundations based on coverage. A lighter more light to moderate coverage option they call: Lightweight pigment suspension system and a full coverage option called: High Spreadability pigment suspension. I purchased the latter because I like full coverage options that feel lightweight and I have to say this knocks it out of the park!
I had full day coverage for my combination skin without causing oiliness or a “caked” feeling. I used dermablend pro setting powder over the foundation and I was good to go! I generally have gold to red undertones so I couldn’t decide and purchased their 3.0 R & 3.0 Y foundation and they are both great although I am leaning more towards the 3.0R.
My Impression: Highly recommend!! At $6.90 the price can’t be beat as well!!
Have any of you tried their foundation? Comment below on your thoughts!!
